We are an artisan bakery in Hagersville, Ontario, the heart of Haldimand County and “Ontario’s Breadbasket”. Family-owned and operated, we specialize in naturally-leavened, cold-fermented sourdough breads and bagels made from high-quality, locally milled grains. We also offer a wide variety of sweets and pastries.

In the winter of 2022, we realized that our town was longing for a bakery that ‏was open to the public. Since then we’ve been on a mission: to bring the love of real bread to our community, just as we have with our own families. Thank you for allowing us to share this beautiful tradition with you!
